Joanna founded Offleash (formerly Kulesa Faul) in 2003 and has been working with some of the country’s most exciting technology companies in Silicon Valley for 20 years. Under her leadership, the agency has increased brand awareness for scores of high-tech B2B clients and helped put some on a path to IPO or acquisition by the biggest names in tech, including IBM, Google, Salesforce, Dell, EMC, Cisco, HP, Splunk, CA, Red Hat and Oracle, to name a few.
In addition to her industry expertise, Joanna is known for her dedication to promoting a high-quality work environment for employees.
