Partnering Through Hypergrowth

After a successful collaboration at Act-On Software (5 years), the UserTesting executive team turned once again to Offleash as a trusted partner to take them through the next stage of hypergrowth and IPO. Upon onboarding in August 2018, the goal was to create a communications strategy that raised awareness of UserTesting as a leader in customer experience – with a focus on empathy – in business, technology, and vertical press.

Results

In the first year of working together, total press coverage surpassed 200 articles in publications like CIO, Fast Company, Forbes, LA Times, TechCrunch, and VentureBeat, among others. As the company continued its hypergrowth with a $100M Series F funding round, multiple acquisitions, international expansion, surpassing $100M in ARR, and a nearly 50% increase in employee headcount, UserTesting began the march to IPO. In November 2021, UserTesting debuted on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: USER) with members of the Offleash team onsite in New York for media strategy, coordination, and support, resulting in nearly 50 articles in Axios, Barron’s, Fortune, Insider, NBC Bay Area, San Francisco Business Times, TechCrunch, and more.
