Offleash was brought onboard to diversify coverage beyond corporate/product news, elevate Barracuda’s brand profile and raise awareness. We broadened their thought leadership bench by building relationships and trust with SMEs in each of their key focus areas and secured thought leadership-driven coverage across top tier business and cybersecurity/infosec press via contributed bylines, threat research, surveys, expert commentary and rapid response campaigns.

Results

Offleash was a trusted partner of Barracuda Networks for over five years, and its first agency of record in the United States. Through the development, branding and widespread dissemination of monthly Threat Spotlights, we built strong relationships with the media and repositioned Barracuda as a go-to resource for breaking news and information on emerging threats and vulnerabilities. In the last year of our partnership, 70% of coverage resulted from thought leadership (not outbound press releases or product news), including these monthly reports.
