Offleash Welcomes Algolia, BrowserStack, Canonical, Ever AI

It’s always gratifying when a company decides to work with us. We’ve been very fortunate to work with many great startups and established companies through the years, and each one is special to us.

Our newest clients have a little extra distinction in that they are the first since our re-branding at the end of 2017 to Offleash – an agency unbound by convention.

By breaking the mold in their respective markets, each of these companies – Algolia, BrowserStack, Canonical and Ever AI – exemplifies the unrestrained and free-spirited philosophy on which we model our own company.

Algolia gives Google-like hosted search engine capability to anyone building websites and apps. The company’s impressive search engine API allows users to boost the search box on their website by adding just a few lines of code. The company is managing the search feature on Medium, DigitalOcean, Twitch, Stripe, Periscope, Crunchbase and many others.

BrowserStack makes developers’ lives easier with a cloud-based automated testing platform that helps customers deliver bug-free websites and mobile applications. More than 25,000 global companies, including some of the world’s most famous brands, rely on BrowserStack. The company recently opened its North American headquarters in San Francisco and received a $50 million Series A investment from Accel.

Canonical is the driving force behind Ubuntu, the open-source operating system that is the number one Linux distribution used in the public cloud and that also runs on servers and PCs, edge devices and the Internet of Things. Canonical supports the Ubuntu deployments of some of the world’s top brands, and works with manufacturers of networking devices from gateways to drones, as well as with OEMs like Dell, HP and Lenovo to certify Ubuntu on their hardware. Offleash will represent Canonical’s cloud and IoT business units in North America.

Ever AI offers best-in-class face recognition technology. The company’s patent-pending technique of collecting tagged data and integrating it into models has helped it develop the largest tagged dataset ever used to build enterprise-ready face and object recognition APIs and mobile SDKs. Ever AI is backed by Khosla Ventures, Felicis Ventures, Icon Ventures, Cherubic Ventures, Transmedia Capital, and SV Angel.
