Another Big Win for Offleash

We are happy to announce that Offleash has been named a San Francisco Business Times (SFBT) Best Places to Work award winner for the second year in a row!

This year, Offleash ranked #8 in the ‘smallest companies’ category, which includes businesses between 25 to 49 employees. The award marks our fourth company culture award win in the last year (two from SFBT, two from Fortune), and we are absolutely delighted.

Looking around the room at the awards celebration last night, I was happy to see so many of our clients there to collect accolades themselves. Not only does Offleash strive to be the best company we can be, we also aim to work with companies who share our values and commitment to creating vibrant, supportive work environments.

Our people are everything. Many ask me about Offleash’s secret sauce. The energy and passion of our agency is hard to define, and we work just as hard to foster and build connections between our employees as we do with industry reporters.

Whether it’s through celebrating our colleagues’ personal milestones, regular team-building activities like our new book club and annual retreat, or just providing a space to both work hard and play hard, Offleash strives to put our people first.

That’s why this latest accolade is so important. It is yet another tribute to the investment we have made in our employees and our company and shows that we’re doing something right.
